• Performance Ecosystem Management: Oversee the paid media engine across all digital touchpoints (Meta, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) to maintain a standard Media Efficiency Ratio. Daily Target Optimization: Track daily GMV, paid content conversion rates, and affiliate creator outputs to ensure weekly revenue milestones are consistently met. Real-Time Agency Management: Partner directly with the external performance marketing agency, critically evaluate ad accounts to adjust targeting strategies, creative briefs, and campaign executions in real time based on live data. Budget & ROAS Stewardship: Monitor cross-channel ad spend daily to eliminate budget waste, protect product margins, and ensure maximum ROAS and GMV efficiency. AI-Powered Data Infrastructure: Utilize advanced AI platforms and data analytics tools to clean, prepare, and consolidate raw cross-channel reporting data into high-visibility dashboards. Predictive Insights to Action: Convert complex performance metrics into clear, actionable marketing frameworks for upcoming campaigns (e.g., proactive product pivots, adjusting GWP mechanics). Campaign Execution: Act as the project owner to execute end-to-end online and offline campaigns. Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage day-to-day communications and track operational deliverables with influencers, creative production houses, and offline retail partners (Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium, KIS). Operational Agility: Handle essential marketing errands, administrative operational pipelines, and sudden task variations required to keep cross-channel campaigns running smoothly.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of verified experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or marketing operations. Direct experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred. Proven track record in reading and auditing ad accounts (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Collaborative Ads/CPAS, Ecommerce Ads). Advanced data preparation capabilities using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, data formatting, and cross-channel modeling). Practical mastery of AI tools for data interpretation, custom chart generation, and automated report building (e.g., Chat GPT Advanced Data Analysis, Claude, or specialized marketing analytics AI apps). Data-strong, able to interpret daily numbers and adjust strategy fast. Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment. Creative mindset but performance - first decision making. Good communication and project management ability.
